DETAILED SAFETY CONDITIONS
1. Always place the grill at a safe distance from combustible objects such as furniture, curtains or carpets.
2. Never touch the metal parts of the grill when the unit is plugged in!
3. Pay particular attention to the hot or sharp parts of the grill. It is recommended that you use protective
gloves when preparing food.
4. When using the electric grill, never try to increase the temperature using flammable agents (charcoal, tinder,
solvents, etc.)
5. Always fill the water tank with water before grilling so that its level stays between the "min" and "max"
gauges.
6. Do not allow the water level drop below the "min" gauge. If it does, add water, but be careful that the water
does not come in contact with the heating element.
7. Before turning on the grill on, make sure that the heating element is properly installed. Never turn on the
heating element if it is separated from the body of the grill.
8. When the grill is on, never cover it with aluminum foil, dishes, etc. This can cause grill overheating.
9. Use extreme caution when grilling foods with high moisture or high fat content – they may catch fire.
10. Make sure the grill is cool to the touch before you clean it.

ASSEMBLY
AD 6602 grill stand: assemble according to the diagram (Fig. 2).
1. Install handles (1f) on the gill body (1e).
2. Place the heating element (1b) with the thermostat (1d) on top of the grill (1e).
3. Place the grate (1a) on top of the grill (1e).
USING THE DEVICE
Before first use:
1. Thoroughly clean the grill and all its accessories.
2. Assemble the grill as shown in the ASSEMBLY section.
3. Fill the water tank to the "max" level
4. Turn on the grill. Do not place anything on the grate. Set the thermostat control knob to medium. Monitor the
grill for 20 minutes. During this time, the grill can produce smoke and burning smell released by the heating
element – Make sure that the ventilation is appropriate.
Grilling:
1. Fill the water tank to the "max" level.
2. Plug the grill in.
3. Turn the thermostat control knob to "max." The indicator light of the heating element will turn on.
4. After approximately 5-10 minutes, the heating element will reach the right temperature to start grilling. Place
the food on the grate. Lower the temperature by turning the control knob.
5. The temperature of the grill can be adjusted by turning the thermostat control knob. Depending on the
temperature level the heating element indicator light will turn on and off.
6. The grill can also keep warm the foods you prepared earlier - set the thermostat control knob closest to the
lowest level.
7. During grilling, the water in the tank will evaporate. Frequently check the water level not to drop below "min."
When adding water, be careful not to wet the heating element.
8. When finished grilling, set the thermostat to "0" and unplug the grill.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning, make sure that the grill is cool to the touch. Verify that the cable is unplugged.
