en de Raad van 4 juli 2012 betreffende
afgedankte elektrische en elektronische
apparatuur (AEEA).
Het symbool van de doorgekruiste
verrijdbare afvalbak, dat op de apparatuur
of op de verpakking is aangebracht, geeft
aan dat het product aan het einde van de
levenscyclus gescheiden moet worden
ingezameld en niet samen met het
ongesorteerd stedelijk afval mag worden
verwijderd.
Passende
voor latere recycling, verwerking en
milieuvriendelijke verwijdering van de
afgedankte apparatuur kan negatieve
effecten voor de gezondheid en het
milieu vermijden en bevordert hergebruik
en/of recycling van de materialen waar
de apparatuur uit bestaat.

De handelaar is verplicht om de oude
