Noise/Vibration Information
Noise emission values determined according to
EN 62841-1.
Wear hearing protection.
Total vibration values ah (triax vector sum) and uncertainty
K determined according to EN 62841-1
The vibration level and noise emission value given in
these instructions have been measured in accordance
with a standardised measuring procedure and may be
used to com-pare power tools. They may also be used for
a preliminary estimation of vibration and noise emissions.
The stated vibration level and noise emission value repres-
ent the main applications of the power tool. However, if the
power tool is used for other applications, with different ap-
plication tools or is poorly maintained, the vibration level
and noise emission value may differ. This may significantly
increase the vibration and noise emissions over the total
working period. To estimate vibration and noise emissions
accurately, the times when the tool is switched off or when
it is running but not actually being used should also be
taken into account. This may significantly reduce vibration
and noise emissions over the total working period.
Implement additional safety measures to protect the oper-
ator from the effects of vibration, such as servicing the
power tool and application tools, keeping their hands
warm, and organising workflows correctly.
3. Assembly
- Remove the battery from the power tool before
carrying out work on the power tool (e.g. maintenance,
changing tool, etc.). The battery should also be
removed for transport and storage. There is risk of
injury from unintentionally pressing the on/off switch.
- Regularly clean the power tool's air vents. The
motor's fan can draw the dust inside the housing and
excessive accumulation of powdered metal may cause
electrical hazards.
Battery charging
Note: The battery is supplied partially charged. To ensure
full battery capacity, fully charge the battery in the charger
before using your power tool for the first time.
The lithium-ion battery can be charged at any time without
reducing its service life. Interrupting the charging process
does not damage the battery.
The lithium-ion battery is protected against deep discharge
by the "Electronic Cell Protection (ECP)". When the battery
is discharged, the power tool is switched off by means of
a protective circuit: The application tool no longer rotates.
Removing the battery
The battery is equipped with two locking levels to pre-
vent the battery from falling out when pushing the battery
release button unintentionally. As long as the battery is
inserted in the power tool, it is held in position by means
of a spring.
To remove the battery, press the release button and pull

the battery forward and out of the power tool. Do not use
force to do this.
Nails / Staples loading
1- Remove the battery (4)
2- Turn upside down the tool
3- Press the loading system (7) on both sides and pull it
back to open the loading channel (8)
4- Load the channel (8) with staples or nails. Make sure
that the tips of the staples or nails are correctly inserted,
they must be on the same position reflected on the front
plate (12).
When loading nails place them on the left side of the
loading system (7), make sure that they are aligned
with the engraving on the front plate (12). If the nails
are not placed correctly, the tool won't work.
5- Fit the charging system (7) back into position. You can
see the charge level with the fill indicator (10)
4. Operation
Battery assembly
Insert the charged battery (4) from the front into the foot of
the power tool, until the battery is securely locked.
Adjusting the percussion power
Use the power selector (14) to adjust the power at which
the staple or nail is driven. The tool has 6 power levels to
suit the thickness and density of the material to be worked
on.
Connection / disconnection and use
To start the tool, place the safety tip (11) and press lightly
against the material until it is inserted into the machine.
Activate the on / off switch (1) which will allow the machine
to drive in a staple or nail.
If the safety tip (11) is not pressed against the material the
tool will not work. This system prevents the machine from
firing nails or staples freely if switch (1) is accidentally
activated.
The LED (13) is turned on with the on / off switch (2),
it makes it possible to illuminate the work area under
adverse lighting conditions.
To disconnect the power tool, release the on / off switch
(1). To turn off the LED light (13) press the button (2) again
6. Maintenance and Service
Maintenance and cleaning
- Remove the battery from the power tool before
carrying out work on the power tool (e.g. maintenance,
changing tool, etc.). The battery should also be
