Preparation for operation
POSITIONING OF THE UNIT
The ambient temperature must not exceed 40°C and ambient humidity should not exceed 85%. Place the unit
in a way that ensures good air circulation. Maintain a minimum clearance of 10 cm from any wall of the unit.
Keep the unit away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the unit on a level, stable, clean, fireproof, and dry
surface and out of the reach of children and persons with impaired mental, sensory, and intellectual
functions. Place the unit in such a way that the main plug can be reached at any time. Ensure that the power
supply to the unit corresponds to that specified on the identification plate!
Before using the unit for the first time, disassemble all parts and wash them as well as the entire unit.
Keep the device away from a water source; the unit will not work if the air inlet and outlet are wet. Keep
away from gas cookers or other similar cookers. If the ambient temperature is high, the unit may stop
working.

Working with the machine
Do not put closed cans on the hob. Risk of explosion. Do not put paper or a cloth between the hob and the
pan.
Power mode:
Plug in the power cord, the unit beeps once.
NOTE: For proper operation, an independent dedicated circuit should be used for each installed unit. Each
circuit should be protected by a circuit breaker.
Handling:
Turn the hob "ON" by pressing the "ON/OFF" button. Place the dishes containing the ingredients on the hob.
Turn the knob or use the "+" or "-" button until the desired "Power Cook" setting appears on the LED display.
Turn the knob to the left to decrease the power and to the right to increase the power.
To turn off the hob, turn the control knob to the left and press the "ON/OFF" button until it "clicks" and the
LED display goes out.
Timer mode:
Turn on the hob by turning the knob to the right OR press the "ON/OFF" button.
Place the dishes containing the ingredients on the hob.
Press the Timer mode button (0~24 hours).
Press the "+" or "-" buttons to set the time using 1-minute intervals (0-60 min), press the "+" or "-" buttons
for a long time to set the time in 5-minute intervals.
Press the Timer button again and use the "+" or "-" buttons to set in 1-hour intervals (0-24 hours).
Press the Timer button a third time to turn off the timer mode.
To switch off the hob, press the "ON/OFF" button or turn the knob to the "OFF" position.

Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Pull the mains plug and let the unit cool down completely before cleaning, adjusting or replacing
accessories and when the unit is not in use.
b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.
c)
Only mild detergents designed for cleaning food contact surfaces may be used to clean the unit.
d)
After each cleaning, all parts should be thoroughly dried before the device is reused.
e)
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
f)
Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
g)
Make sure that no water enters through the ventilation openings in the casing.
h)
Clean the ventilation openings with a brush and compressed air.
i)
Perform regular inspections of the unit checking technical fitness and any damages.
j)
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
k)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. wire brush or metal spatula) as they may damage the surface
of the material from which the appliance is made.
l)
Do not clean the unit with acidic substances, medical agents, thinners, fuel, oils, or other chemicals. It
may cause damage to the device.
