Start ironing with steam (especially with a brush mounted on the head) by

It is forbidden to add detergents, fragrances etc. to the water tank. It may

damage the device.
Avoid kinking the steam hose.

Always try to straighten the garment on the hanger as much as possible by
hand before ironing.
Depending on the garment to be ironed perform vertical or horizontal
•
movements. Follow the clothing manufacturer's recommendations.
Garments of considerable thickness require longer steam ironing.

Be especially careful when ironing garments decorated with stones, sequins
•
etc., as the hot steam may damage them
It is forbidden to refill the tank with hot water! Filling with hot water may
•
deform the tank.
Always switch off the device when not in use, before moving to another
•
location and when refilling/emptying the water tank.
•
Check the water level in the water tank. Do not switch on the device with an
empty water tank.
•
It is recommended to wear a protective glove when it is necessary to hold
clothes during ironing.
•
It is recommended to use distilled or demineralised water. Using tap water
may cause limescale build-up in the device, which results in reduced
performance.

Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Before cleaning, adjustment or replacement of accessories, and when the
device is not in use, pull the power supply plug and let the device cool down
completely.
b)
Use only non-corrosive agents for cleaning the surface.
