The base frame is assembled in the same way as the
carrying handle.
1. Fit the tubes of the base frame (8) to the tubes of the
support and transport frame;
2. Press the pins and push the frame until they are aligned
with the holes.
1. Attach the lance (18) to the gun (17);
2. While holding the gun, screw in the nozzle;
3. Adjust the gun attachment accessory. Do not overtighten
it, as this may damage the connectors.
1. Fit the hose coupling (10) to the gun coupling (13) and
thread it on;
2. Fit the hose coupling to the high-pressure outlet
coupling (27) and thread it on.
When using high pressure hose, you should observe
the following precautions:
▪ All hose couplings must be correctly connected;
▪ Do not let the hose touch the exhaust, during operation
or while it is hot;
▪ Never tie in a knot or bend the high-pressure hose;
▪ Do not use the high-pressure hose if it is damaged.
1. Attach the hose quick-release coupling to the water inlet
filter (26);
2. Connect the other end of the hose to the water supply
tap.
1. Place the hose quick-release coupling;
2. Screw the hose coupling onto the suction filter;
3. Attach the hose quick-release coupling to the water inlet
filter (26);
4. Place the suction filter in the water tank.
1. Place the suction filter inside the detergent tank (9);
2. The tank cap has a hole so that the detergent suction
hose can pass through;
3. Connect the suction hose to the detergent hose
connector;
4. Install the low-pressure nozzle (black). The machine
only sucks in detergent with this nozzle.
The petrol high pressure washer has been designed
to run with almost any kind of domestic or cars
detergents. Do not use liquid detergents, cleaning products
or industrial solvents. The use of other cleaning agents may
affect the safety of the equipment.
Attach the nozzle to the lance using the quick release
system, which allows quick and easy replacement.
1. To fit the nozzle (4), slide the nozzle connector (19) back
towards the lance;
2. Snap-on the nozzle to the connector (19). Release the
metal collar to lock in place the nozzle;
3. To release the nozzle, slide the metal collar back, so that
the nozzle can be removed.
Together with the petrol high pressure washer, 4 spray
nozzles (4) are supplied, with different colours and spray
patterns.
Red nozzle (0°)
This nozzle delivers a narrow, accurate and extremely
powerful jet. It covers a very small area. It should be used
on surfaces capable of withstanding high pressures, such
as metal and cement. Do not use in wooden surfaces.
Green nozzle (25°)
This nozzle provides a 25° spray jet for intensive washing of
small areas. It should be used on surfaces capable of
withstanding high pressures.
White nozzle (40°)
This nozzle delivers a 40° spray pattern with a less powerful
water jet for cleaning that does not require high pressures.
It covers a wider area. It can be used for almost any kind of
cleaning.
