• Do not exceed the maximum working pressure or
temperature rating of the lowest rated system com-
ponent. Read Technical Data in all equipment man-
uals.
• Use fluids and solvents that are compatible with
equipment wetted parts.
• Read fluid and solvent manufacturer's warnings.
For complete information about your material, re-
quest material safety data sheet (MSDS) from dis-
tributor or retailer.
• Check equipment daily. Repair or replace worn or
damaged parts immediately with manufactory re-
placement parts only.
• Do not alter or modify equipment.
• Use equipment only for its intended purpose. Call
your distributor for information.
• Route hoses and cables away from traffic areas,
sharp edges, moving parts, and hot surfaces.
• Do not kink or over bend hoses or use hoses to pull
equipment.
• Comply with all applicable safety regulations.
• Keep children and animals away from work area.
• Do not operate the equipment when fatigued or un-
der the influence of drugs or alcohol.
7. Remaining Risks
Additional residual risks may arise when using the
tool which may not be included in the enclosed safety
warnings. These risks can arise from misuse, pro-
longed use etc.
Even with the application of the relevant safety reg-
ulations and the implementation of safety devices,
certain residual risks cannot be avoided.
These include:
• Injuries caused by touching any rotating/moving
parts.
• Injuries caused when changing any parts, blades
or accessories.
• Injuries caused by prolonged use of a tool. When
using any tool for prolonged periods ensure you
take regular breaks.
• Impairment of hearing.
• Health hazards caused by breathing in paint when
using your tool.
8. Material and paint selection
m ATTENTION! Do not use textured wall paints
or coatings as this will block the spray gun tip
and damage internal components of the airless
spray station.
8.1 Material and paints which can be used
Although a large number of materials and paints can
be sprayed, some cannot. Please check with the
manufacturers' recommendations.

The following materials and paints can be used:
• Water based paints
• Wood preservatives
• Oil based paints
• Primers
• Enamel paint
• Wash primer
• Varnish
• Oil
• Stains
8.2 Materials and paints which cannot be used
The use the following materials and paints will cause
premature wear and block the spray tip. This will void
warranty.
a) Paints and lacquers containing heavily abrasive
components such as
• Exterior textured wall paints
• Dispersion paints
• Glazes
• Caustic and alkaline substances
• Lyes
• Textured coating
• Acids
• Emulsion paints
b) Silicate paints
c) Flammable materials
To obtain the best results from your Airless Paint
Sprayer, please read the instruction manual carefully
before use.
9. Assembly
Required tools for all assembly/adjustment steps:
• Open ended spanner 19mm
m ATTENTION! Ensure the machine is disconnect-
ed from the power supply before performing any of
the following operations.
9.1 Spray Hose connection (Fig. 2+3)
1. Remove the cover caps (A) from both ends of the
spray hose (1) and the cover cap (B) of the spray
hose outlet port (18) (Fig. 2).
2. Thread the spray hose (1) to the spray hose outlet
port (18) and tighten with an open ended spanner
19mm. Do not over-tighten (Fig. 2).
3. Thread the other end of the spray hose (1) to the
spray gun (6) and tighten with an open ended
spanner 19mm. Do not over-tighten (Fig. 3).
