- Página 7 Assembly / Assemblage / Armado Align tabs on bottom of side panel (B) with slots on bottom panel (A). Lower panel into slots and slide towards back of deck box. Push until you hear a "snap". Faire correspondre les languettes du panneau latéral (B) avec les fentes du panneau inférieur (A).
- Página 8 Slide (C) downward to lock tabs into place until you hear a Attach S-Rail (I) to lid panel (E). Attach through pre-drilled holes "snap". Repeat steps 3a and 3b with front panel (D). using seven screws (FF). There are no pre-drilled holes on the lid. Attach top screws first.
- Página 9 Before attaching (RIGHT) hinge, attach bolt (GG) and nut (DD) to hinge (F). Attach hinge (F) to right side channel on lid (E) using four screws (FF). Use force when starting to drive screws through hinge steel. Once the screws pierce the plastic, use light force until screws are seated.
- Página 10 Attach left lid hinge to left side panel (B) using one screw Attach spring shock (G), on RIGHT SIDE only, to mounted bolts (AA), and one nut (DD). Secure hinge to side panel using two (GG) using locking nuts (DD) (2 places). screws (FF).
