2. Clean the container before use.
3. Place ice cubes in the container.
4. Cover the container lid so that the magnetic sensor is in contact with
the end of the safety arm.
Any attempt to bypass the safety interlock and use the machine
without the lid may result in personal injury and/or damage to the
machine.
5. Start the motor by pushing the ON-OFF switch to the ON position.
Run the appliance to crush the ice in the container (it takes
approximately 30 seconds to crush ice cubes in a full container).
6. Turn off the motor by pressing the ON-OFF switch again.
CAUTION! Always wait until all parts of the appliance have come to a
complete stop before opening the lid.
3.4. Cleaning and maintenance
a) Cleaning
Pull the mains plug and let the appliance cool down completely before
cleaning, adjusting or replacing accessories and when the appliance is not in
use.
• Wait until the rotating parts stop.
b) Pull out the mains plug before each cleaning and when the appliance is not in
use.
c) Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.
