Warranty and After-Sales Service
Dhome provides a 2-year warranty from the day of purchase (upon production of the sales receipt or invoice).
It includes the free replacement of defective parts or the device, at Dhome's discretion. In any event, the legal
warranty covering all the consequences of latent or other defects (Articles 1641 ff. of the Civil Code) applies.
Repairs must be carried out only by professionals, i.e. by qualified technicians using original spare parts. Failure
to comply with this requirement may prove particularly dangerous for users.
Please contact the after-sales service of the shop where you purchased this product, as and where necessary.
The following conditions must be met for such warranties to be valid:
- No attempt at a repair has been made by the customer or a third party.
- The device was installed and has been used under normal conditions, in an appropriate manner, following the
operating instructions.
Please note:
Any intervention under warranty will not extend the initial term of the contractual warranty (initial date as of
purchase), and the After-Sales service will carry out the necessary repairs against payment.
Liability
You are hereby expressly informed that Qérys (address below), the company that owns the Dhome brand, shall
not be held liable for any damage caused by its devices, insofar as such damage is caused following non-
compliant repairs, or, when the original Dhome parts were not used when changing parts, or if the repairs were
not carried out by the Dhome After-Sales Service.
Decommissioning
You must not throw this device in a household waste bin, but in a container designed specially for this type of
product.
Dispose of the device at a municipal collection point and/or point of sale, and of the packaging in an ecological
manner by making it easier for selective sorting centres to collect it.
