6.8 Patient Examination Procedure

The following steps describe the process for using
the Endosee Hysteroscope.
CAUTION:
at least 2 hours of continuous operating time
under normal operating conditions. The
Handheld Monitor should be fully charged
before initial use. It is recommended to
fully charge the Handheld Monitor after
each procedure.
CAUTION:
on the touch screen monitor to determine
remaining battery power.
•
Ensure that the Handheld Monitor is thoroughly
cleaned and disinfected using the procedures,
as described in section 8.
• Ensure that the Handheld Monitor is charged, as
described in section 6.7.
• Remove the sterile cannula from the
sterilized pouch.
•
Attach the cannula to the Handheld Monitor
using the procedures, as described in section 6.3.
• Attach the fluid tubing to the cannula, as
described in section 6.2.
