3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of environment must not be higher than
40°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device
is being used. There should be at least 10 cm distance
between each side of the device and the wall or other
objects. The device should always be used when positioned
on an even, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and
be out of the reach of children and persons with limited
mental and sensory functions.

3.3. DEVICE USE
1.
Before starting the machine:
•
check that all bolts and screws are tightened.
•
lubricate the bearings as per the instructions in 3.4.
•
set the roller pressure as per the instructions in 3.4.
•
when using a new die for the first time, grind it as per
the instructions in 3.4.
2.
Start the tractor with the machine drive shaft
attached. The die will start to rotate.
3.
Place the granulate container under the chute.
4.
Pour the mix into the hopper. Increase the amount of
poured material gradually to avoid clogging the die
or overloading the machine. Pouring in too much at
once may cause the die to clog.
Caution:
•
if the material is too dry, it will not be pressed
properly;
•
if the material is too moist, the pellets will be of poor
quality;
•
the maximum length of the material particles should
be approx. 5 mm. Longer material may clog the
machine and reduce its efficiency. Too large material
should be broken / cut into smaller particles.
5.
After a short time, pellets will be falling into the
container under the chute. They will achieve their
final hardness and consistency only after cooling.
6.
Proceed until the mix is completely processed.
7.
After finishing work, turn off the machine by stopping
the tractor.
NOTE: Do not stop the machine while making pellets
(except for an emergency stop), otherwise it will get
clogged.
Clean the machine so that pellet residues do not
remain on the rolls and in the dia.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before
each
cleaning,
adjustment,
replacement
attachments, and also when the machine is not in use, stop
the drive by turning off the tractor. Then disconnect the
drive shaft from the tractor to avoid accidental starting.
