REPLACEMENT / REMOVAL OF THE DIE
To replace / remove the die, follow these steps:
•
Turn off the tractor to stop the machine drive shaft.
Disconnect the drive shaft from the tractor.
•
Unscrew the hopper and remove it from the machine
casing.
•
Remove the screws used to adjust the pressure
between the die and the rollers, and the screws
fastening the top casing. Remove the rollers.
•
Remove the clamping nut lock.
•
Unscrew the clamping nut with the supplied spanner.

After the clamping nut is removed , the holes for
attaching the bracket can be seen. To remove the
die, first attach the bracket using the screws marked
as 1 and 2 in the picture. Then slowly screw in the
screw No. 3, the die will start to rise slightly.
•
Remove the die. Clean it or replace it with a new one,
as the need may be.
•
When re-installing the die into place and re-
assembling the device, proceed in the reverse order
as during disassembly.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE ROLLERS
The distance between the rollers and the die should be in
the range of 0.1-0.3 mm. The die should be able to rotate
freely under the rollers.
The adjustment is made with the screws marked in the
drawing below.

NOTE !: The screws should be equally tightened. Otherwise,
one of the rollers will not rotate.
LUBRICATING THE ROLLERS AND THE DIE
IMPORTANT: The rollers and the die should be lubricated
with bearing grease each time after 8 hours of machine
operation.
Press in the grease with the grease gun supplied with
the kit. Insert the end of the grease gun into the grease
injection hole as shown in the figure below.

To lubricate the roller bearings, they must first be
dismantled from the device. For this purpose:
•
Unscrew and remove the hopper and the top casing.
•
Remove the rollers.
•
Lubricate them with a grease gun.

OIL CHANGE
Change the oil after the first 60 hours of operation.
To do this, you need to:
•
Drain the old oil from the reservoir. Place a waste
oil container under the machine and undo the screw
marked „b" in the figure below. Wait for the oil to
drain out. Tighten the screw „b".
NOTE: Used oil must be disposed of in accordance
with local regulations.
•
To pour fresh oil into the box, unscrew the oil filler
cap marked „a" in the figure below. Pour in the oil
and close the filler cap.
