The legal/special warranty does not
cover:
Defects caused by improper use
such as lack of lubrication (lack
of oil), addition of mixtures to
gasoline or oil, excess of oil in
crankcase, extension cord and
voltage out of specification,
overload, loss of parts, lack
of phase, broken capacitors,
bearings, shaft, motor adjustment,
cleaning of feed system, broken
or dented parts due to careless
transportation, storage, coupling
or motor energization, product
operation failure due to lack of
electric power or due to problems
and/or insufficient power supply,
preventive maintenance such
as motor and actuation device
adjustment.
Parts such as spark plugs,
lubricants, joints in general,
broken or bent crankshaft, filters,
retainers, acceleration springs.
Damages due to accidents,
improver use, negligence,
ignorance or noncompliance with
the instructions in the Instructions
Manual. Also, the warranty does
not apply if there are signs of
product having been adjusted,
repaired or disassembled by
people not authorized by
Metalúrgica TRAPP Ltda., if the

product has been exposed to
humidity, weather, saline air etc.,
or if parts have naturally worn.
