• Reserve the calibration dosage in another container, and repeat this process
4 more times. When finished, put the weighed dosages back in the tank to
reuse them.
• The dosage calibration result will be the average of the 5 applications. So, the
spot application indicator light will turn on automatically.

• If the calibrated dosage is not the same as the dosage determined innitally,
repeat all steps of this procedure.
• When calibrating is finished, the dosage will be recorded, and regardless of
how the trigger is pressed, the same amount of input will be applied. A 10%
dosage coefficient of variation is acceptable.
OBS¹.: The dosage remains recored even after the equipment is turned off. If the
dosage needs to be changed, repeat the calibration steps.
OBS².: Whenever the flow opening or the input type is changed, calibration needs
to be repeated
OBS³.: Dosages can vary according to density, format, size and condition (such as
the presence of dust or humidity) of the input used. Calibrate whenever noticing
any change due to any of these factos.
OBS4.: Before starting an application, check the dosage to be applied and calibrate
it if necesssary.
10.4. Using the equipment
As the release of the calibrated input depends on gravity, it is very important to
keep the application lance as vertical as possible at an angle less than 45° during
the entire application.
ATTENTION!
1.
Avoid leaks, keep the equipment turned on thorugh-
out the working period, do not turn it off if there is
still input in the tank;
2.
In case the dosage mechanism locks, press the trigger
until it unlocks.
11. After Operating the Equipment
11.1. Cleaning and Maintenance
Keep your equipment in good condition at all times. A well-maintained equip-
ment is efficient and easy to operate. Due to the contact with several types
of granules, the equipment needs to be cleaned after use. To do so, follow
the steps below:

ATTENTION!
1.
This equipment is an electronic device and must be
protected against severe weather conditions. When-
ever not in use, do not leave the equipment in the
sun, rain or frost;
2.
Do not immerse the equiment in water completely
or partially.
After each use, empty the tank, and remove completely the input used to
prevent clogging. If necessary, wipe the inside of the tank with a dry cloth to
remove excess residue.
After the application period or whenever there is an excess of residues in the
ducts, disassembled the application lance, clean it with water and leave it dry
completely before assembling it again. Check the steps below to disassemble
your equipment:
• Remove the battery by pressing the two snap-on latches, and pulling the bat-
tery outside the compartment. Keep the battery in a safe place away from the
equipment.
