PROBLEM
Grinder and Display off.
The grinder is on but
does not turn or grind.
Grinder does not start
but the display is on.
Grinder turns without
giving coffee.
Grinder works but very
slowly.
For other problems or continued failures, contact Technical Services (SAT).

CAUSE
The local device switch or
limiter has tripped.
Mains cable not connected.
Device fuse blown.
Grinder setting too fine.
A foreign object is blocking
the grinder.
Overheated motor.
Hopper gate closed or
blocked.
Burrs worn.

SOLUTION
Reset device protection.
Connect the mains cable
to a socket.
Check fuse status and
change if necessary.
Set to a coarser grinding
point. Grind coffee and
gradually return to the
desired setting.
Proceed as above.
If problem persists,
notify SAT.
Wait for it to cool down and
for the thermal protection
to reset automatically.
Check gate and hopper.
Change burrs.
