re using the appliance for the first time
1.- Place it on a smooth surface.
2.- Plug it into a compatible mains socket. The operating indicator light will light up blue.
3.- Turn the temperature control knob (4) clockwise to the maximum position and keep the
appliance on for twenty minutes in a ventilated room.
NOTE:
Heating will remove any residue left over from manufacturing. The heating element
may give off some smoke.
4.- Unplug the appliance
Normal use
1.- Remove the double grill plate (1) and select the smooth or ribbed surface for cooking.
Put it back in place.
2.- Plug in the appliance, turn the temperature control knob, then allow the grill plate and mini
pans (2) to heat up for 10 minutes.
NOTE:
: The grill plate will take approximately 20 minutes to reach the maximum
temperature setting.
3.- Add a little oil to the grill plate and pans, then add the food to be cooked; the wooden spatulas
(6) can be used to stir and turn the food over more easily.
NOTE:
The accessories (pans and spatulas) are identified with different colours to easily
differentiate diners.
WARNING:
Do not use metal utensils to handle the food as they could damage the
delicate surfaces.
4.- Unplug the appliance when cooking is finished and use the side handles (3) if you need to
move it.
1.- Unplug the appliance and wait for it to fully cool down.
2.- Clean the body of the grill, which is NOT submersible, with a damp cloth and dry off.
3.- Clean the double grill plate, mini pans and spatulas with soap and water.
WARNING:
ase note that these parts are not dishwasher safe; to avoid damage, do not
use metal utensils or abrasive products to clean them.
4.- Thoroughly dry all parts.
5.- Keep the appliance in a cool, well-ventilated and dry place.
