3. Select Main settings / Users
This section should be used to configure all the users who should receive the video entry phone call
on their smartphone via the Comelit App. Associating users to the apartment takes place via an email,
which should be configured and used in the creation of the Comelit account in the Comelit App during
installation. Program the parameters as follows:
• Enabling: Enabled
• Device type: App
• Mail: enter the email address for the user who wants to activate the app
f When configuration is complete, press Write page to save the configuration.
4. Select Main settings/Date and time
Program the parameters as follows:
• Sync mode: Master
• Sync type: Cloud
• Time zone: select the time zone for your geographical area.
f When configuration is complete, press Write page to save the configuration.
5. Select App directories / Directory items
Navigate to the External units section
• enter some text identifying the external entrance panel in the description field (e.g. Main Entrance); this
description will also appear in the app.
• enter the ViP address 00000100 in the ViP address field for the external entrance panel.
Navigate to the Lock-release actions
• in the type field, select "Peer"
• in the output index field, select the index for the output which has been used in the external entrance
panel to control the door lock.
f When configuration is complete, press Write page to save the configuration.
