INTRODUCTION
Air treatment units ø 1/2", designed to be used with
pneumatic components, pneumatic tools compressed air
supply or air distribution networks with limited demand.
This range, manufactured in metal, includes both individual
units and kits, manometers, assembly kits and wall supports.
FILTER: Semiautomatic drain. It protects valves, pump
motors or pneumatic tools from the moist and dirt usually
present in compresed air.
PRESSURE REGULATOR: Allows regulation of a constant
pressure valve eliminating over pressure risks and product
erratic behaviour.
LUBRICATOR: Creates an oil fog helping increase product life.
INSTALLATION
To ensure safe use and correct maintenance, products must be manipulated only by an operator with appropriate training.
After removing the packaging, revise that the product is in good condition, by checking there is no visible damage.
1. Products must be installed vertically.
2. Connect the products to the air supply line, checking the direction of the flow to make sure it is in agreement with
the arrows printed on the flat horizontal zone from the body of the product.
3. REGULATOR: Screw the pressure gauge (if applicable) onto the body of the product.
LUBRICATOR: Fill up the cup to the level indicated by using the upper feed hole.
4. Before opening the air flow in the circuit, check that inlet and outlet connections from the products are correctly
connected.
NOTE: It is advisable to connect a tube to the drainage valve on all models, in order to recover condensation, which must be
disposed of in the designated collection sites.
WARNING
!
Never exceed the maximum working pressure.
Always turn off the compressed air supply before performing any maintenance task.
USE AND OPERATION
These products have been manufactured to be used as air treatment units. Any other use is considered improper. The
manufacturer declines any responsibility for damages or accidents due to an improper use or failure to observe the
prescribed safety requirements. Any modification of these products, not previously authorised, releases the manufacturer
from any damage derived or ascribable to the same.
REGULATOR: Pressure adjustement is made with the knob. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the pressure and
counterclockwise to decrease it. When adjusted as desired, the knob can be blocked by pushing it vertically towards the
body of the machine. In order to modify the output pressure of the regulator, knob must be freed by pushing it vertically
upwards. Then, rotate it to modify the pressure, until you have reached the desired value.
LUBRICATOR: The amount of lubricant in air is adjusted by the small screw or top of the lubricator. Clockwise rotation
decreases oil flow and counterclockwise rotation increases it.
NOTE: This operation must be done while the lubricator is in use.
