Solution

Open the panel. Press and hold the "↓" or "↑"
button for a few seconds to rotate the cable drum.
Once you have found the correct position, untangle
the cable from the sprocket. Press the "MENU"
button to clear the error. The door will perform a
functional test and then return to normal operation.
Press the "↓" button and pull the cable until it is
fully unwound and then it will wound in the correct
direction. When the cable is shortened to the
desired length, release the button. Use the "↑" or
"↓" buttons to adjust the length. After making the
adjustments, press the "MENU" button to clear the
error. The door will perform a functional test and
return to normal operation.
