DESTINATION OF USE
The intended use for which the oven has been designed and built is as follows:

INTENDED USE: COOKING PIZZA, GRATINATING GASTRONOMIC PRODUCTS AND HEATING FOOD
IN MEALS.

THE OVEN MUST BE USED ONLY BY A QUALIFIED OPERATOR (USER).

THIS DEVICE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS (INCLUDING CHILDREN) WITH REDUCED
PHYSICAL, SENSORY OR MENTAL CAPABILITIES, OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE,
UNLESS THEY HAVE RECEIVED ASSISTANCE OR INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THE
DEVICE BY A PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR SAFETY.

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AND SHOULD NOT PLAY WITH THE APPLIANCE.
USAGE LIMITS
The oven in question has been designed and made exclusively for its intended use described, any other
type of use and use is therefore absolutely prohibited in order to guarantee, at all times, the safety of
authorized operators and the efficiency of the even oven.
FACILITY
USER REQUIREMENTS
The place where the oven is installed must have the following environmental characteristics:
be dry
away from any water source
be provided with appropriate ventilation and lighting and comply with the hygienic standards
provided for by the laws in force.
THE OVEN MUST NOT BE INSTALLED NEAR FLAMMABLE MATERIALS (WOOD,
PLASTIC,
FLAMMABLE PRODUCTS WITH HOT OVEN SURFACES. ALWAYS ENSURE FIRE
SAFETY CONDITIONS. KEEP A MINIMUM OF 30 CM FREE SPACE AROUND THE
OVEN.
Check that the power supply voltage, frequency and power of the installation are compatible with the
values indicated both in the technical characteristics (3.1) and on the plate located at the back of the
oven. The characteristics of the electrical power outlet must be compatible with the plug installed on the
cable.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION OF THE OVEN TO THE SUPPLY MAINS MUST BE
PERFORMED ONLY BY AN APPROVED TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICIAN) WHO HAS THE
TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED BY THE STANDARDS
IN FORCE IN THE COUNTRY IN WHICH THE OVEN IS USED; REQUIRE THE ISSUE OF
A DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY RELATING TO THE INTERVENTION PERFORMED.
FOR DIRECT CONNECTION TO THE MAINS, IT IS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE A
DEVICE
COMPLETE
CATEGORY III, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTALLATION RULES.
