To connect the machine to the electrical network, it is essential to proceed as follows:
1.
Remove the right oven panel.
2.
connect to the terminal block (FIG. A/B) the conductors L1—L2—L3—N —
type H07RNF 3G X "x" mm² stripped with ferrules.
3.
Assemble a standardized and polarized plug at the other end of the cable (the distinction between
phase and neutral must be unequivocal).
4.
To connect the oven to 230V SINGLE-PHASE, simply make a bridge between L1-L2-L3 with the
special plates present in the terminal block box.
WHEN THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION IS COMPLETE, THE APPROVED TECHNICIAN
(ELECTRICIAN) MUST PROVIDE A DECLARATION ATTESTING THE CONTINUITY
MEASUREMENT OF THE EQUIPOTENTIAL PROTECTION CIRCUIT.
THE EQUIPMENT MUST BE CONNECTED TO A DIFFERENTIAL SWITCH (RCD)
HAVING A MINIMUM RATED INTERVENTION CURRENT NOT GREATER THAN 30 MA.
TERMINAL
The terminal block is placed inside the oven.
Type of oven
single phase single chamber
Bicamera single phase and 9 single phase versions
Three-phase one-chamber and two-chamber
