9.WARRANTY
The warranty for this equipment is in accordance with
the law in force from
date of purchase. You should save proof of purchase .
during this time
The warranty covers any manufacturing defect, mate-
rial or operation, as well as defects in accessories and
work required to repair the equipment.
The warranty does not cover misuse of the product, un-
authorized repairs (outside the VITO brand service), or
any damage or injury caused by improper use of the
equipment.
To accomplish the right to guarantee, please contact
your official VITO dealer.
10. DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
We declare under our sole responsibility that this prod-
uct complies with the following norms or normative
documents:
 EN 379:2003+A1:2009
 EN 175:1997
 EN 166:2001
In accordance with the directives:
 EU 2016/425 - Personal protective equipment;
 2001/95/EC – General product safety;
The Notified Body ECS GmbH, with number 1883 and
located in Hüttfeldstraße 50, 73430 Aalen, Germany
performed the EU type-examination, according to Mod-
ule B of PPE Regulation EU 2016/425 and the Directive
2001/95/EC, issuing the EU type-examination certificate
no. C270 .1VITO.
The welding helmet is marked by: VITO 175 B CE (weld-
ing helmet); 4/9-13 VITO 1/1/1/2/379 CE (auto-
matic welding filter); VITO B CE (cover plates).
This declaration of conformity is issued under the sole
responsibility of the manufacturer.
