Fitting the filter element
1. Clean the sealing surface with a cloth.
2. Insert the new filter element.
3. Close the filter cover by flipping the cover catch forward.
4. Use a screwdriver to turn the two filter cover retaining screws clockwise.
5. Reinsert batteries if removed beforehand.
6. Close the battery compartment cover and secure the clip.

Checking the container level monitoring system
1. Engage the wheel brakes so that the vacuum cleaner stands securely.
2. Unplug the supply cord from the power outlet and/or remove the battery.
3. Open the two catches.
4. Lift the suction head off the waste material container and place it on a level surface.
5. Check the cut-out contacts and clean them with a brush if necessary (if dirty).
6. Check the seal at the vacuum cleaner top section and clean it with a cloth if necessary.
7. Fit the suction head on to the waste material container and close the two catches.

Transport and storage
8.1
Transport
Do not attempt to carry the device when it is full of waste material.
Do not attempt to crane-lift the device.
▶ Remove the power conditioner and all loose accessory tools from the cradle.
▶ Empty the device before carrying it to another location.
▶ Do not tilt the device or transport it lying on its side after using it to pick up liquids.
▶ Use the tapered adapter to connect both ends of the hose together conveniently for transport.

WARNING
Risk of injury by dusts that are hazardous to health! Hazardous material that has been vacuumed up
can escape through the suction hose intake fitting.
▶ Close the hose inlet socket with the cap before transporting the vacuum cleaner and when it is not in
use.

Storage
▶ Store the vacuum cleaner in a secure, dry place where it is inaccessible to unauthorized users.

▶ Always transport your products with the batteries removed!
▶ Remove the battery.
▶ Never transport batteries in bulk form (loose, unprotected).
▶ Check the tool and batteries for damage before use after long periods of transport.

▶ Always store your products with the batteries removed!
▶ Store the tool and batteries in a place that is as cool and dry as possible.
▶ Never store batteries in direct sunlight, on heating units or behind a window pane.
