2 Intended use / guarantee
The pressurised air grease spraying device pneuMATO 55 Lube-Jet is suited to evenly covering
the large surfaces of machines, vehicles and gears with lubricant.
It can spray commercially available lubricants up to NLGI grade 2. The pump works fully
automatically.
Pastes without lubricative properties (with abrasive emery parts) as well as grease or pastes that
are based on silicone oil and thickened with PTFE are not allowed to be used with this device.
If used as intended and in accordance with the instructions, we are liable under the statutory
warranty. The invoice from your dealer with the date of purchase must be enclosed with
warranty claims.
3 Assembly and delivery
The structure, including the individual components, is depicted on page 3. The pumps work fully
automatically. Grease is produced once air pressure has accumulated and the trigger of the
grease gun is pressed. When the trigger is released, the pump automatically stops grease
production.

4 Set up and operation (stationary)
- Remove cover from grease bucket.
- Press the grease sequence piston onto the grease in the bucket, until it is visible in the central
opening. The rubber lip must lie evenly against the bucket wall.
- Place dust protection cover onto the bucket.
- Push the pumping station through the clamp on the dust protection cover and the grease
sequence cover until it reaches the grease container base. Secure pumping station with wing
nut.
- Connect double hose to the pump and the spray gun.
- Check all connections for a firm fit and leaks before starting the system.
- Connect air connection to the air pump and ensure that no more than 5 bar of air pressure is
pending at the pump. Once the air supply is established, the pump independently sucks in the
lubricating grease. Keep gun now open, until the lubricating grease comes out. Afterwards
release trigger. The pump will automatically shut off after reaching the maximum operating
pressure and is ready for use.
- When the system is not in use turn off the air supply to the pump. Relieve pressure on the high-
pressure hose by operating the spray gun.

5 Set up and operation (mobile)
- Remove cover from grease bucket.
- Press the grease sequence piston on to the grease in the bucket, until it is visible in the central
opening. The rubber lip must lie evenly against the bucket wall.
- Insert grease container with the lower folded base in the centering notches of the centering
frame. The grease container must be used in such a way that the folded base of the grease
container sits in the centering notch of the centering frame, the same as seen from outside.
- If the grease container cannot be inserted centrally, the underside of the centering frame must
be installed once turned upwards. (This ensures that any grease container size from 10-50 kg
can be used in the centering frame)
- Warning!! The centric use of the grease container is required for proper function of the
lubricating device.
- If plastic containers without folded bases are used, then stopper 4 (Pos. 16) must be installed on
the centering frame. The stoppers are fitted with the blind hole drilling on the "teeth" of the
centering frame and secured with a light hammer blow. (Count the teeth on the outside)
- The stopper can also be used for "normal" grease containers with folded bases containers, in
order to find the centric position of the grease container quicker and more safely when changing
