1. Do not have a hot stone massage if the following conditions are
present: Tuberculosis, tumors, open wounds, hemorrhages, bruises,
broken skin, thrombosis or phlebitis, varicose veins, or undetermined
joint pain or pain in the calf.
2. People who are pregnant, have diabetes or other illness, should have
a physicians approval prior to receiving therapy.
3. Do not have a hot stone massage if you are drowsy, dehydrated or
have nausea symptoms.
4. Discontinue use of the hot stone massage if you experience any
discomfort from the therapy and contact your physician.
5. Do not use if you are unfamiliar with hot stone therapy techniques.
For best results, have a hot stone massage from a professional
therapist and note the techniques that are used.
1. Remove stone heater from carton. Discard any packaging material.
2. Read and follow this instruction manual and save for future use.
3. Wipe base with soft, damp cloth or sponge. Dry completely.
4. Wash cover and reservoir with soap and water. Dry completely.
1. Clean the reservoir and wash all stones before each use.
2. Place appliance on strong and stable surface.
3. Place a hand towel on the bottom of the reservoir. Gently place
stones on top of the towel.
4. Fill the reservoir with water to just above the stones but no more
than maximum capacity (about 1-inch below the top rim) or
minimum capacity (about 1-inch from bottom).
WARNING:
• Never use Stone Heater without water, always fill reservoir at least to
the minimum fill line.
5. Plug power cord into a standard 120 volt grounded outlet. The
control display will turn on, then off quickly.
6. Press POWER button to light display and prepare unit for
programming.
7. Press TEMP button to set desired temperature. Range: 95°F – 150°F
(5°F increments). Press "+/-" keys to adjust. Default 130°F.
8. Press TIME button to set desired time of operation. Range: 00:30
- 12:00 hours (30 minute increments). Unit will automatically turn off
when time reaches zero. Use "+/-" keys to adjust. Default 8:00
hours.
