WARNING: During use, the brake can become very hot – be careful not to get burnt.
6. Folding the scooter
To fold the scooter, loosen the top lock (figure F.I), press the button in the scooter frame
(figure F.II) and slide the bar to the lowest handlebar position, then screw in and close the top
lock to secure the bar. Next, lift the flap on the handlebar (figure G), pressing the safeguard
(figure H.I), slide the handle out from the handlebar guide (figure H.II) and place it in the plastic
handle (figure I). Pull the plastic bushing upwards (figure J) and fold the scooter frame
(figure K) – when you hear a "click", the scooter is folded. A correctly folded scooter is shown
in (figure L).
7. Cleaning and maintenance
The product should only be cleaned with a damp cloth.
Regular maintenance increases the safety of use of the scooter.
•
If the wheels are showing clear signs of wear and tear, consider replacing them.
•
Do not make any modifications other than as instructed in the manufacturer's
instruction manual.
•
To renovate the bearings, pull them out, clean them and apply a suitable amount
of grease.
•
If the self-locking mechanisms are not working properly, consider replacing them
or stop using the scooter.
8.Warranty
1.
All Baby Tiger products have a 24-month warranty. The warranty period starts on the
day the product is handed over to the Buyer.
2.
The warranty applies to Products sold in the following countries: France, Spain,
Germany, Italy, Poland, Great Britain.
3.
In countries not mentioned above, the terms of the warranty are determined by the
Seller.
4.
The warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
5.
Complaints must be submitted by sending an e-mail: PL.CUSTOMER@BABYTIGER.COM.
The content of the complaint must include:
a.
Name of the product
b.
Date of purchase
c.
Place of purchase
d.
Description of the defect
e.
Proof of purchase
f.
Proof or image of the defect
6.
In response, the customer complaint department employee may ask for additional
information, such as:
a.
The information and attachments indicated in point 5, if they were not provided
with the complaint
b.
Name of the person placing the complaint
c.
Address of the person placing the complaint
d.
Telephone number of the person placing the complaint
e.
Bank account number for the refund
f.
Other necessary data for the processing of complaints
