The above data may be necessary to handle the complaint, especially to send a courier
picking up the damaged Product and send the repaired/new Product.
7. The warranty does not cover:
a. complaints concerning technical parameters of the Product, provided that they
are in accordance with the manufacturer's manual or other normative
documents;
b. damages to the Product caused by improper maintenance or use of inappropriate
chemicals;
c. colour changes (discolouration) when the Product is exposed to strong sunlight,
contrary to the instructions in the manual;
d. tears, abrasions, cracks in fabric/plastic caused by the Customer;
e. deterioration of the Product due to normal wear and tear and natural wear and
tear of the material;
f. products that have been misused;
8. The warranty period for accessories attached to the product is 6 months from the date
of sale, excluding mechanical damage.
9. These warranty conditions are supplementary to the Customer's rights towards 4KRAFT
sp. z o.o.. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer's rights under
the provisions of the warranty for defects in the sold item.
