Thank you very much for purchasing a GERIALIFE bed.
As the product's manufacturer, we are convinced that
the bed is of excellent quality and we hope that no
technical interventions will be required. However,
should you need some advice or a visit from our Official
Services network, both inside and outside the warranty

2. WARRANTY AND CONDITIONS
This document describes the conditions of the
guarantee that comes with the GERIALIFE product you
have purchased. These conditions respect all your
customer rights in accordance with the European
regulations of the General Law for the Protection of
Users and Consumers and Users, as well as the
guarantee and additional rights offered by the
GERIALIFE trademark.
Moreover, we are pleased to inform you that the
warranty conditions that we offer our customers as a
manufacturer are independent of the rights you have
against the seller. The latter derive from a contract of
purchase and sale of the seller's GERIALIFE products.
Please read this document carefully and do not hesitate
to contact us if you have any questions.
2.1. What the warranty covers
During the 2 years following the date of the product's
invoice, GERIALIFE undertakes to provide a solution, in
the event of any product breakdown or defect, which is
free of charge for the customer, provided the
breakdown or defect is due to a manufacturing failure
or a part presenting a lack of conformity.
2.2. What the warranty does not cover
The user manual provides all the recommendations for
the
product's
installation,
performance. The company is not responsible for
failures due to improper use or for the product's wear
and tear.
This warranty does not cover breakdowns dues to
causes other than those relating to the product's design
or improper usage (for example, failures in the
electricity supply).
Likewise, the guarantee does not apply if the product
defects were caused during transport non-attributable
to the manufacturer as well as incorrect installations or
assemblies. In the same way, parts affected by the
normal wear and tear of the bed are not covered.
The present warranty will be void if the product is
opened, tampered with or if repairs are made by
persons non-authorised by the manufacturer, or if non-
original additional parts or accessories are replaced or
used.
Finally, the warranty does not cover breakdowns or
damage caused by the use of the product outside the
provisions of the user manual.
3. SAFETY TIPS AND WARNINGS
Before using the bed or any other GERIALIFE product,
carefully read the instructions for use! Important
information and advice are given regarding your
personal safety, as well as the product's correct
handling and care.
