Please confirm the following problems after reading the operation manual carefully before you entrust to repair it.

Causes
● No battery

● The bottom lid of the dust cup is

correctly if the room temperature
is too low or too high
● The battery is expired
● The charging adapter has not been
plugged into the socket thoroughly
● The charging plug has not been
connected to the charging connector
of the main unit thoroughly
● The charging time may become
longer depending on the room
temperature and usage time
Measures

● Connect the cleaner to the charging plug to charge
the battery.
➡
● Connect the cleaner to the charging plug to charge
the battery.
➡
● Close the bottom lid of the dust cup tightly. (
● Disposal of dust.

● Do not allow the level of collected dust exceed the
disposal line.

● Remove the dust cup and replace it with an exhaust

● Charge the battery at a place where the temperature

on the top of the cleaner correctly.

● Charge the battery at a place where the temperature

C, and it is not exposed to direct sunlight.

● The charging time may become longer depending on

the room temperature and usage time. If the Battery
light does not turn off despite charging for more than
six hours, contact the store where the product was
purchased from or the Iris Call Center.
