6 TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem:

The water inlet valve is
closed.
Low inlet pressure
Filter clogged.
Pipe bent or squashed.
Faulty solenoid valve and/or
electronic card.
It is advisable to install a pressure gauge on the pump discharge line to check the operating
pressure.
The above operations must be performed by qualified personnel, except when marked with
*.
The display does not turn on.
Check that the appliance is plugged in and the power supply is working.
Press the switch.
Switch the appliance off, open the MIX valve fully and contact technical
service.
Fuse or thermal circuit-breaker blows.
Switch the appliance off, open the MIX valve fully and contact technical
service.
The differential circuit-breaker blows (short-circuits).
Switch the appliance off, open the MIX valve fully and contact technical
service.
The display shows "Leak Alarm"
To disarm the alarm, see § 4.6. If the alarm is repeated or the water leak
continues, turn off the water stopcock, unplug the appliance and contact
the technical service.
With the display on and running, the dishwasher opens the inlet
solenoid valve, the osmosis unit discharges water, but the motor pump
does not start.
Switch the appliance off, open the MIX valve fully and contact technical
service.
With the display on and running, the motor pump starts but after a few
seconds, the display shows "Alarm P. min" and the appliance stops.
Check that the water stopcock is turned on.
Check the inlet pressure of the appliance.
Check the pressure downstream of the filter. If it is clogged, replace it.
Make sure the inlet pipes are not bent or squashed.
Switch the appliance off, open the MIX valve fully and contact technical
service.
