Technical Assistance
The pneumatic angle grinder should only be serviced by the
brand's technical assistance center, or other qualified
personnel, replacing any necessary parts with original ones.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Auxiliary handle
1. Insert the bolt of the auxiliary handle (8) into the fixing
thread;
2. Screw the auxiliary handle clockwise until it is fully tightened.
Disc guard
The position of the disc guard (4) can be adjusted to suit the
working conditions. The disc guard must be fitted on the
appliance so that the closed side of the guard always points
towards the operator.
To replace the guard or change its original position, follow the
instructions below:
1. Loosen the bolts and remove the disc guard;
2. Install the guard in the desired position and align the guard
holes with the gearbox holes;
3. Insert and tighten the bolts.
Discs
1. Loosen and remove the flange;
2. Place the disc (3) over the flange;
3. Screw the flange onto the thread of the spindle (2), with the
protruding part facing downwards;
4. Place the double open-end wrench on the spindle nut and
tighten the disc with the pin spanner;
5. Perform a test, at maximum speed, to check the correct
installation of the disc;
6. To remove the disc, follow the installation procedure in
reverse.
Wear protective gloves when installing discs.
Installing accessories on the threaded spindle
1. Loosen and remove the flange;
2. Screw the accessory (wire cup brush or grinding wheel) onto
the thread of the spindle (2);
3. Place the double open-end wrench on the spindle nut and
tighten the attachment;
4. Perform a test at maximum speed, to check the correct
installation of the accessory;
5. To remove the attachment, follow the installation procedure
in reverse.
Wear protective gloves when installing accessories.
Connection to the compressed air line
1. Remove the air inlet (7) cap;
2. Connect the air hose coupling (9) to the air inlet;
3. Attach the coupling to the air hose.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
While operating the pneumatic tool, certain precautions and
procedures must be observed to avoid loss of control of the
tool, damage to the working area and injury to the user:
▪ Accessories and rotating parts must be able to run at least at
the rotation speed of the air angle grinder. If this is not the
case, the accessories and rotating parts may become
damaged;
▪ Ensure that the thread of the rotating attachment (type and
dimensions) is compatible with the thread of the
attachment;
▪ Always hold the angle grinder with both hands and with the
auxiliary handle installed;
▪ Never put the appliance down before it has completely
stopped. The disc may contact the work surface, causing you
to lose control;
