their conformity for use, will be subject to the provisions of this
Warranty alone. Under no circumstances will Siyata Mobile be
liable for loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits
(including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money;
loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of
reputation; loss of, damage to, compromise or corruption of
data; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever
caused including the replacement of equipment and property,
any costs of recovering, programming, or reproducing any
program or data stored in or used with the Product or any failure
to maintain the confidentiality of information stored on the
Product.
14. Except as set in the warranty herein, the customer purchases the
Product "as is", with no warranty, representation or conditions,
express or implied, or of any kind whatsoever with respect to the
Product, including but not limited to: fitness for any particular
purpose or use; design, condition, quality, or performance of the
Product.
15. An authorized dealer and/or an authorized service point and/or
any entity or/individual whatsoever that has not been authorized
in writing by Siyata Mobile to provide a Warranty and/or any
obligation whatsoever that exceeds the scope of this Warranty.
