Customer acceptance of the Product constitutes the customer's
confirmation that the product is new and free of defects at the
time of purchase.

In the event that the Product was repaired or replaced by Siyata
Mobile – the repaired or replaced product will be covered by this
Warranty for the remaining Warranty Period plus the duration
of time during which Siyata Mobile or an agent authorized on its
behalf, such as an Authorized Service Point, retains the device
or part of the device in its possession for the performance of
the Warranty. In the event that the defective product or parts of
it were replaced, such product or parts will be the property of
Siyata Mobile after the replacement.

Should the customer wish to activate the Warranty, the customer
is required to provide written proof of the Product purchase date.

The customer will cover any expenses incurred in shipping/
delivering the Product to the Authorized Service Point.

This Warranty does not cover any repairs to any systems that are
not an original part of the "Product".
9.
In the event that any defect in the Product which manifested
during the Warranty Period resulted from any of the occurrences
listed hereunder, Siyata Mobile and/or the Authorized Service
Point will notify the customer prior to carrying out the repair.
In such instances the customer will be obligated to pay Siyata
Mobile and/or the Authorized Service Point on its behalf, for
the transportation, shipping, work, materials, components,
accessories, etc., which were required to implement the repair,
based on the Siyata Mobile pricelist valid at such time.
These occurrences include:
(i)
defects caused by improper and/or unreasonable use
and/or handling which does not conform to Siyata Mobile
instructions;
(ii) defective maintenance;
(iii) cosmetic damage including dents and scratches;
(iv) ordinary wear and tear;
(v) negligent or neglectful use;
