Glue guns are ideal for fastening, shaping, repairing and filling. Glue the most various materials: wood, plastic, ceramics,
metal, glass, fabrics, leather etc.
Thanks to their characteristics, hot-rolled joints allow for quick and easy assembly of temporary assemblies, and greatly
facilitate the realization of final assemblies.
In fact, only a few points of hot glue are placed in the critical points of the frame of a structure, for example, to ensure
sufficient stability and facilitate easy checking of the structure and its subsequent final assembly with screws and other
tools. The hot glue guns are equipped with a thermostat. Intermittent operation is due to this. Thanks to this system, we
can be sure to be able to work long as the thermostat helps keep the internal resistances at a constant temperature without
any heating.
The mechanism of operation of a hot glue gun is very simple: glue stick (which appears as a cylinder of about 1 cm diameter
approx and about 20 cm long approx) is inserted from the rear part of the gun and is pressed against the hot resistors that
will wipe it and let the hot glue out of the gun spout placed on the front.
At the first start, or in any case when leaving the unused product, to prevent damage to the drive lever "E", let the preheated
glue for at least 3 minutes.
The parts to be glued must be clean and free from dust. A layer of liquid glue is then stretched as it leaves the applicator
nozzle. The joints to be glued should be joined in a short time as the glue (especially if the outside environment is cold)
tends to cool and then solidify in quite short time. The glued parts should be kept firmly in the desired position for a few
minutes after which you can proceed with the rest of the job
The following gun is suitable for glue welding.
It is ideal for use like:
Glue pieces of furniture
-
gluing wooden parts
-
-
Various domestic uses
