CAUTION:
All electrical works must be performed by a certified professional elec-
trician or specialist electronics company. Improper installation shall
result in expiry of the warranty.
Quick Coupling Instructions
Use quick coupling to easily connect the interior and exterior units for
the air conditioning unit. A fast and easy procedure with respect to which
all warranty claims are available provided all work is performed by a
specialist company.
CAUTION:
• The cooling pipes provided upon delivery have been pre-filled with
the cooling agent during manufacture.
• The pipes must not be shortened or extended.
Connection to the Interior Unit
1. Use caution to carefully unroll the cooling pipes as described in the
chapter entitled "Unrolling the Cooling Pipes". Always avoid buckling
the pipes.
2. Remove the protective caps (blue and grey) from the couplings on
the interior unit.
3. Make sure all screws are in good condition and free of dirt particles,
dust, sand and other suspended matter or soiling.
4. Screw in the cooling pipes using the connectors on the interior unit.
Take care to ensure that the connections are made in accordance
with the blue / grey colour scheme. Next, fasten the nuts using two
wrenches (one to tighten the connection and the other to counter).
NOTE:
Always observe the correct torque and observe the chart provided
entitled "Installation Information".
