Warnings
• Bracket  must be installed so that Boguard's electronic equipment is vertical
(Fig. A) and the electrical connections are facing downwards (Fig. E)
• The immersed part of the electrode must not come into contact with parts mounted
on the tank and/or with the wall of the tank itself. The electrode's rod must not be
subject to abrasion.
• After mounting the plug, check the insulation (Fig. B) and continuity (Fig. C) with an
electric tester.
– The electrode's central titanium rod must be fully insulated from the plug.
– The plug's thread must have electrical continuity with the storage tank's metal
surface.
Procedure
• Place the Teflon strap on the plug's thread 9 to ensure it is watertight.
• Insert the electrode in the tank's special threaded sleeve and make sure you screw
it on tightly.
• Remove the protective cap  from the bracket.
• Secure the bracket to the insulating casing with the screws and double-sided adhe-
sive tape supplied or near the tank on one of the room's walls with wall plugs (not
supplied) by taking into account the cables' length.
• Insert the cap into place . The cap must be placed in the connection hole of the
cable  whenever the cable itself is disconnected.
• Secure Boguard's electronic device to the bracket.
• Connect the cable  to the device and the electrode(s) and lock it into place on the
upper part of the bracket (Fig. E).

Do not cut or modify the cables.
