if the red or yellow light turns on, immediately contact the installer to car-
ry out the necessary checks and work in order to solve the cause of the
malfunction. When this has been done, turn off the device's power supply
and then turn it back on again. make sure that after the start-up time de-
scribed in the "Activation" paragraph, only the green light stays on. repeat
the check every 5 hours so that the device has the time to monitor the status
of the system.
repeat the check on a weekly basis during the first month and at least once
a month thereafter.
rECommEnDAtionS For uSE
• To avoid the accumulation of hydrogen gas in the tank, we recommend not leaving
the tank, if not in use, full of water for more than 3 months. Before this period of
time is over, open the system's hot water taps to allow any hydrogen there may be
inside it to come out.
• At least once a month check that the device's green LED is on.
• Boguard's protection system can be turned off or disconnected only if the storage
tank is empty.
