5. MAINTENANCE
Caution:
• Before carrying out maintenance or cleaning, the cooker
hood must be disconnected from the main power source.
Make sure the appliance is off and the plug has been
removed.
• External surfaces are susceptible to scratches and abrasions,
therefore, follow the cleaning instructions to ensure that the
best possible result is obtained without damage.
Cleaning and maintenance must be carried out with the appliance
cold, especially during cleaning. Avoid the use of acid substances
(such lemon juice, vinegar, etc.) on surfaces.
Glass hood should be cleaned regularly (eg weekly) to ensure a long
service life. Dry with a soft and clean cloth. A neutral liquid
detergent can be used.
The filters can be cleaned in dishwaher or by hand (recommended).
If you wash them by hand, soak them for about 3 minutes in water
with a detergent that releases grease and then rub it gently with a
soft brush. Do not apply too much pressure, avoid damaging it.
(Allow it to dry naturally out of direct sunlight)
The filters should be washed separately and should not be mixed
with crockery and other kitchen utensils.
