Cook Foods Adequately
When foods are not cooked evenly, they tend to still have some micro-organisms, which may further
trigger serious health conditions when ingested. But when you cook your food adequately, the heat
produced during that process will help kill most of the harmful micro-organisms, and thus shielding
you against severe illnesses. 
Cooking Preparation
When switching from a high temperature to a low temperature, open the LID and leave it open until
the actual temperature is close to your desired temperature. This speeds up the process and ensures
