4.4. Calibration
Calibrate the device with the Calibration function if the
weighing result is not correct (the calibration unit and kg).
Method of operation:
Switch on the hand pallet truck, it will enter the normal
weighing mode after the self-check is completed. Wait until
the screen displays 0000, place the weights (1000kg or
2000kg) on the forks, then press and hold the "Hold" button
to enter the function mode, the screen will display 01 at this
time. Press the "Sum" button 3 times to show 04, then it is
calibration mode. Press the "Hold" button to enter this
mode. At this time the display will flash 998 or 1998 (or any
other random value), briefly press the "Sum" button to
slowly increase the split value. Press "Print" button quickly
to slowly decrease the split value. Hold down the "Sum"
button to quickly add the split value, press and hold the
"print" button to quickly decrease the split value. Set the
split value to 1000kg or 2000kg. Short press the "Hold"
button to confirm and exit. Calibration is now complete. In
any situation during calibration, simply press and hold the
"On/Off" button to exit if you want. But incomplete
calibration operation may make the scale pallet truck
unable to weigh normally.
4.5 Factory Default Settings
Press continuously the "Hold" button to enter the function
mode, and the screen will display 01 at this time. Press the
"Sum" button 2 times briefly, the display will show 03,
which means the factory settings. Press the "Hold" button,
and the device will automatically exit to weighing mode,
then the factory settings will be completed. After the
settings are restored, the current calibrated weight will be
erased, and the device will be restored to the factory default
value. Due to the deviation of each pallet rack, there will be
a certain deviation between the default value and the actual
weighing value. If there is a deviation, please follow the
above-mentioned method to calibrate.
4.6 Time and date adjustment
1. Press continuously the "Print" button, the screen will
display 0--xx to enter the time calibration.
2. The 0--01 on the panel indicates the year setting. Press
"Sum" button to add a year, and press "Print" button to
decrease. Quickly press the "Zero" button to confirm the
year and jump to the month setting.
3. Set the year, month, day, day, week, hour, minute and
second one at a time.
4. After setting the seconds, it will automatically exit.

5.1. Hydraulic oil
The hydraulic oil shall be chosen according to the operating
environment temperature. The oil type can be ISO VG46 if
the environment temperature is 0℃~+45℃; or the oil type
can be ISO VG32 if the environment temperature is -15℃~0
℃. Please replace the oil level every six months.
5.2. To remove air from the pump
Air
may
come
into
transportation, which may cause the failure of hydraulic
function on the tiller, and forks fail to lift. Air can be
removed by the following way: move fingertip control (117)
to the lower position, then move the tiller up and down for
several times.
5.3. Daily check and maintenance
Daily check of the pallet truck with scale can limit wear as
much as possible. Special attention should be paid to the
wheels and axles, for example, thread or rags, etc. On the
axles may block the wheels. The forks should be unloaded
and lowered in the lowest position when the work is over.
5.4 Lubrication
All bearings and shafts are provided with long-life grease at
the factory. You only need add long-life grease at monthly
intervals or after each time the lubrication points of the
truck are cleaned thoroughly.
