General Safety Instructions
The Fein safety and operating
instructions enclosed apply.
Use only original Fein charging units to
charge batteries.
Before drilling, always check for
hidden electric cables.
The machine must not be subjected to
water ingress. There is danger of
short-circuiting the battery and the
electronics. The warranty does not
apply to damages caused this way.

Safety Instructions for Use
Do not reach near the drill spindle
when running.
Operate the machine clockwise only.

Always hold the drilling machine with both
hands. Use the handle.
For secure drilling positioning and centring
we recommend our drilling aids.

The piece being drilled must be secured
against slipping or turning during drilling.
Do not tilt the drill in the drill hole. The
drill could block, causing the machine to
turn suddenly.
Remove the drill core after each drilling.
Always use sharp drill bits. Dress with a
sharpening stone before use.
Disconnect the machine from the water
supply when you have finished drilling.
