OSCILLATION SPEED / POWER ADJUSTMENT
This tool has a power control valve. Turn the air regulator (D) to
the desired outlet pressure. Use the groove on the air regulator as
a reference for adjusting the output power. The smallest groove
is the lowest speed, the largest the higher speed. Turn the air
regulator (D) until the desired setting is aligned with the small
triangle (K) on the air inlet (L).
AIR SUPPLY
1. Ensure that the trigger is in the "off" position before connecting the air supply.
2. An air pressure of 6 bar and air flow according to the specification is required.
3. WARNING! Ensure that the air is clean and does not exceed 6 bar during operation of the tool. Air pressure above the recommended
specification and impure air can cause excessive wear and shorten the life of the product. This can be dangerous and may cause
damage or injury.
4. Evacuate condensation from the compressor tank daily. Water in the air line can damage the tool.
5. The pressure must be increased to compensate for abnormally long air hoses (more than 8 meters). The minimum hose diameter
should be 5mm and the fittings should have appropriate dimensions. Use Teflon to seal the assembly as needed.
6. Keep the hose away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Check the hose regularly and make sure all connections are secure.
TOOL LUBRICATION
• An automatic line-regulator-lubricator filter is recommended as it increases the life of the tool and keeps the tool in good working order.
• The mini inline oiler or lubricator must be regularly checked and filled with ISO VG100 pneumatic tool oil.
• The tool should be used for about 30 seconds to ensure that the oil has been evenly distributed within the tool. The tool must be stored
in a clean and dry environment.
• It is very important that the tool is lubricated, keeping the line lubricator filled with air and adjusted correctly. Without proper lubrication,
the tool will not work properly and parts will wear out prematurely.
• Use only recommended lubricants specifically designed for pneumatic applications.
IMPORTANT!
If a filter / regulator / lubricator is not installed on the air system, the pneumatic tools must be lubricated at least once a day or after 2
hours with 6 drops of ISO VG100 lubricating oil placed directly into the air inlet, depending on the working environment conditions.
