Assemble and Set the Anchor Plate

INSTALL THE PLATE
5. Fill remainder of hole with concrete.
6. Tamp down concrete to release air pockets and build drainage hill, about 1" above the playing
surface.

7. Insert the plate assembly (2) into the wet
cement.
8. Use the two plane bubble level to orient
and level the plate.
9. Clean off any excess cement on mounting
plate.
