1) Set the shade of the filter anywhere between DIN9-13.

Grinding mode
The product can be used to protect the face while grinding. Switching to "GRIND"
mode will prevent the filter from darkening when bright sparks are generated.
Time delay
The delay time refers to the time that will elapse before the filter changes from dark
to light after welding has stopped. The delay can be set up to one second.
The minimum delay is set from 0.1 to 0.2 seconds, suitable for spot or short
•
welds.
The maximum delay time is set in the range from 0.85 to 1.0 seconds,
•
suitable for welding with high currents or in stronger lighting.
•
Choosing between a minimum and a maximum is suitable for most indoor
and outdoor welding jobs.
Headband adjustment
1) Adjust the headband to the correct height on the head to ensure proper
balance and stability. To do this, undo the top strap (1) and fasten it again
at the desired height.
2) Adjust the distance between the face and the lens by loosening the
positioning screws (2 and 4), moving the mask forwards or backwards
against the headband, and then tightening the screws. Both sides must be
aligned equally to ensure proper visibility. Markings on the adjustment
sliders indicate the set position so that both sides can be adjusted equally.
3) To reduce/increase the circumference of the band, turn the adjustment
knob (3) on the back of the band.
