HELPFUL TIPS
NEVER leave the unit unattended while operating.
Cooking Tips:
•
Fry foods of equal size and thickness as they will fry evenly and at the same speed
•
Before frying, remove moisture or ice from frozen foods
by patting down with dry paper towels.
DO NOT exceed the MAX fill line when adding oil to the interior. Doing
so may cause the deep fryer to overflow when the basket is placed
inside, which can create fires, injuries, or other serious risks.
•
DO NOT fill the basket more than 3/4 full.
•
Battered foods may stick to the basket. To avoid this, lower the Fryer
Basket into the oil before placing in food. Then, use a heat-resistant
scoop or tongs to add or remove food to the basket.
•
For crisper food, fry with the cover open.
