4. At solenoid (10), connect harness (6),
PN 3862490.
5. Connect female connector on harness to matching
male connector on wires from solenoid (E). Make
sure housings snap together tightly.
6. Route wire with large ring terminal to the back of
engine (F). Install terminal on one of the ground
studs on engine. Remove aft nut and washer from
stud. Place terminal over stud and re-install.
Tighten nut and washer.
7. The wire with the female blade terminal must be
routed to the switch installed at the control panel.
Install terminal on un-used blade terminal (D).
8. Secure both wire harnesses with tie straps (14).
Fill and Test
1. Pour quart bottle of Neutra-Salt concentrate (8)
into reservoir (9). Replace reservoir cap.
2. Mark fluid level on reservoir (G). For more
concentrate order PN 41103102 (gallon) or
PN 41103103 (quart).
3. Re-connect power supply.
4. Connect a water supply to the engine so that
engine can be run.
5. Start engine and run at idle.
WARNING! To prevent hearing loss, avoid
prolonged exposure to the audible alarm on
the engine, particularly in confined spaces.
The alarm is capable of 120 decibels.
6. Hold rocker switch on for 45 seconds.
7. Turn off engine and then release switch.
