USB Charging Port & Wireless
Charging Tray Operating Instructions
Wireless Charging Tray:
The Wireless Charging tray is Qi certified and will support and charge any cellphone that supports
Qi wireless charging up to 2A @ 5V.
After power is supplied to the console, place wireless charging compatible cellphone face up into
the wireless charging tray.
Most cellphones will indicate the state of charge when wireless charging commences. The time to
charge will be dependent on the cellphone and state of charge.

Console Troubleshooting

dealer for service.

• Never operate the unit with a damaged electrical cord or plug. Check the condition of the
electrical cord and plug monthly.
• Keep the electrical cord away from heat sources.
Troubleshooting Console
There are no user maintenance or repair requirements. If the indicator lights are not illuminated
make sure the maximum 2.5A USB rating is not exceeded; this is a shared amount between the two
USB charging ports. If the rating is not exceeded and the indicator lights are not illuminated or the
electrical outlets or USB charging ports do not work, continue with the troubleshooting:
To check for overdraw and reset the USB charging ports:
1. Unplug the devices connected to the the ports.
2. Look for the green indicator light to turn on.
3. If the backlights do not turn on, continue with troubleshooting.
To troubleshoot for the indicator lights are not illuminated or USB charging ports do not work:
1. Make sure the console is plugged into a grounded electrical outlet.
2. Make sure the electrical outlet is working. For example, make sure there are no blown fuses
or tripped circuit breakers.
3. Make sure the electrical cord is not crimped or pinched. Make sure the electrical cord
or plug is not damaged.
If the indicator lights still are not illuminated, or USB charging ports still do not operate properly,
contact your La-Z-Boy
dealer for service. Never attempt to make any repairs or adjustments yourself.

Cup Holder Cleaning Instructions
Care and Cleaning Instructions for the Cup Holder
The finish on the cup holder can be damaged during use or cleaning. It is recommended that a
coaster be used to reduce the chance for damage, and that the cleaning instructions be followed.
The cup holder assembly consists of a removable, metal insert and a plastic inner portion secured
to the console frame. The outer metal cup holder is dishwasher safe. For the inner cup holder, use
water and mild soap, such as dish soap, to clean. Dry immediately and thoroughly with a soft clean
cloth to maintain the finish.
Do not use harsh, abrasive cleaners on this product.
