Trouble Shooting:
Problem
Nothing happens when
pressing the power
button.
Problem
No response to
charging.
Problem
No USB cable/
damaged cable clip.
Reason
The voltage of T11F is
really low and triggers
the low power protection
to shut down the device.
Reason
Type-c data cable
damage.
Reason
Missing packaging/
damaged in transit.
Solution
Plug the wall charger
into the T11F to
recharge it.
Solution
Replace the type-c
cable and keep it
charged for 4-5 hours
before observing.
