What to Check
If check is OK, go to next check.
• Gun trigger and prime valve must both be
open
• Plugged lines

When check is not OK refer to this column.
• Lock gun trigger open and open prime valve
• Clear blockage
If prime valve is closed, system may pressurize
to stall - open prime valve
Verify there is a seal in one end of valve. Install
new RAC 5 115524 seal (A) if necessary

Make sure AutoClean valve is open and is
screwed completely onto gun
Run AutoClean cycle with warm soapy water
or mineral spirits to flush contaminants from
valve
Pressure must be less than 200 psi, and motor
must be stopped in order to get timer mode
